Since 1992, Kim has been a civil trial lawyer practicing in state and federal courts.  Her current practice emphasizes business litigation, professional negligence and insurance defense. Kim also has extensive experience in railroad litigation, construction litigation, trust and estate litigation.

Her cases have included matters involving commercial contracts, trusts, business torts, FELA, railroad crossing accidents, construction disputes, insurance coverage, professional liability as well as insurance defense.
