Mr. Pedigo is a partner in the firm who concentrates in the field of complex business litigation. Mr. Pedigo has represented numerous local, state, and national businesses and financial institutions, as well as individuals, in commercial disputes involving breach of contract, business torts, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, lender liability, member and shareholder claims, and real estate related matters.

Mr. Pedigo’s practice also includes admiralty, maritime, transportation, and logistic matters involving injury to people and property, and claims against warehousemen brought by Class I rail carriers. Mr. Pedigo has also successfully litigated large, complex claims for environmental contamination and trademark infringement.

Mr. Pedigo’s practice spans both the trial and appellate levels in State and Federal court. He is admitted in all Georgia courts, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

With a reputation for zealously representing his clients while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, Mr. Pedigo has the experience to lead any complex and high stakes case to a successful conclusion.  With approximately half of his practice in federal court, Mr. Pedigo has argued before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, litigated in the Supreme Court of the United States, and met with the Solicitor General in furtherance of his clients’ interests. Mr. Pedigo’s clients have entrusted him to represent them in many complex, multimillion dollar matters in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Pedigo has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers, limited to five percent of the total lawyers in the state.  Martindale Hubbell, a peer rating service, has awarded Mr. Pedigo its AV Preeminent® rating, which represents the highest peer rating standard and signifies that Mr. Pedigo’s reviewed peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence for his legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

Mr. Pedigo received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in 2000 and graduated cum laude from University of Georgia School of Law in 2004. While attending law school, Mr. Pedigo was a member of the Moot Court team and served on the editorial board of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. Born and raised in Savannah, Mr. Pedigo is active in the community, the state and local bar associations, and with his life-long church, Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church.
