Two other mediators join them to complete the most diverse and experienced mediation department outside of Atlanta. Our mediators have handled disputes involving personal injury, construction, medical malpractice, wills and estates, transportation, business and commercial matters and numerous other types of civil litigation. One of our mediators has developed a national practice in maritime mediation, traveling from San Juan to Maine and Jacksonville to Houston to mediate maritime disputes.
In 2010, EPRA opened its Mediation Center, including a large conference room and comfortable caucus rooms. The conference room and one of the caucus rooms, on the 9th floor of the Savannah Business Center, overlook the Savannah River, the port and the South Carolina low country.
