Lindsay Sutcliffe

Lindsay A. Sutcliffe is an associate in the firm’s transactional department where she practices primarily in the areas of commercial law and estate planning. Lindsay’s experience involves a variety of matters, including business formation, commercial real estate closings, employment agreements and trust and estate administration. A native of Hilton Head Island, Lindsay is licensed to practice in both Georgia and South Carolina. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Sewanee: The University of the South in 2011 and was a four-year member of the Varsity Tennis Team.  In 2016, she graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law.  While in law school, Lindsay worked as a law clerk for the South Carolina House of Representatives Judiciary Committee (2014-2015) and served as Editor in Chief of the ABA’s Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Journal (2015-2016). In addition to practicing law, Lindsay enjoys sailing and hiking with her husband, Mike.
