Tracy O’Connell

Ms. O’Connell is a partner of the firm practicing in the area of civil litigation.  She graduated from Boston College and cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law.  Ms. O’Connell has been engaged in a civil litigation practice encompassing insurance defense, business litigation and family law.  She has served as lead counsel in jury and bench trials in the state and federal court, handling cases involving construction defects, premises liability, automobile accidents, professional negligence, and contract disputes. Ms. O’Connell has a large family law practice including divorce, mediation, contempt and legitimation.
