Commercial Real Estate and Transactions

Areas of specialization include the development and finance of hotels, restaurants, gasoline/convenience stores and other commercial projects; tax deferred exchanges; Phase I and Phase II environmental analysis; ad valorem tax appeals for residential and commercial properties; and compliance with zoning and other municipal ordinances.
EPRA represents clients in a wide variety of matters involving individual, estate, gift and corporate taxation.
